Technical Infrastructure Program Manager, Infrastructure Capacity Management

At AWS Infrastructure Services, we're seeking a collaborative and innovative TIPM to join our diverse team. You'll tackle complex supply chain challenges, ensuring reliable and cost-effective delivery of critical cloud infrastructure. In this role, you'll develop creative solutions to improve supply chain performance, working with cross-functional teams across AWS. Your analytical skills and business acumen will be key in addressing intricate global supply chain issues. As a TIPM, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the scalability and sustainability of AWS cloud infrastructure. You'll collaborate with teams in operations, engineering, product management, and finance to translate your strategic vision into reality. This position offers autonomy and the chance to contribute meaningfully to the growth of Amazon Web Services.

Responsibilities

• Work cross functionally and lead the development of key programs designed to improve supply chain performance
• Develop innovative solutions to unique problems
• Manage program execution management
• Metrics reporting on program effectiveness and impact across the supply chain

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience
• Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies, related to infrastructure (i.e. network, data center, hardware, software)
• Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds
