The Project Manager is responsible for effectively working with multiple project teams and stakeholders on client implementations, requiring flexibility utilizing various methodologies and tools. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week. You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Ability to work effectively under stressful situations, while maintaining a high degree of professionalism
  • Experience managing projects of medium to large scope
  • Experience managing multiple projects at the same time. (12-15 at various stages)
  • Experience managing project teams
  • Experience leading or participating in process improvement initiatives

Nice To Haves

  • PMP Certification
  • 2+ years of experience with Smartsheet
  • Knowledge of: medical imaging implementations and workflows
  • Knowledge of: databases and enterprise-class information systems
  • Knowledge of: health care imaging – specifically Radiology and Cardiology
  • Knowledge of: cloud-based systems
  • Running government projects- VA and DOD

Responsibilities

  • Consult with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of program/project scope and objectives with the organization's strategic objectives and the Voice of the Customer
  • Raise awareness of any misalignment or misunderstanding of project scope and objectives with applicable stakeholders
  • Identify project duration, effort, sequence and dependencies of tasks required to meet applicable project objectives
  • Develop/contribute to project budgets and forecasts, obtaining approvals from applicable stakeholders
  • Apply project life cycle methodology and tools as you develop, document and implement project communication plans
