We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Technical Implementation Manager to lead enterprise customer implementations from onboarding through go-live. This role serves as the primary technical and project management liaison between customers, onboarding and customer success teams, internal implementation resources, and offshore product development and technical support teams. The Technical Implementation Manager owns the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, with a strong focus on data onboarding, validation, integration, and customer adoption to ensure customers realize value quickly and sustainably.
