About The Position

The Technical Implementation Manager serves as the technical authority during client onboarding and integration, bridging implementation execution with deep technical diagnostics and data validation. Unlike traditional implementation roles, this position combines project leadership with hands-on technical validation and system troubleshooting to prevent production instability and client-facing escalations.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or technical project management within a SaaS environment
  • Hands-on experience implementing and configuring ATS systems (Workday preferred)
  • Experience with API-based integrations and data feeds (XML, JSON)
  • Experience validating marketing/event tracking integrations
  • Strong SQL proficiency
  • Understanding of APIs and system integrations
  • Familiarity with web tracking and cross-domain limitations
  • Experience working with structured job feeds
  • Ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical implementation strategy for new and existing clients
  • Design and execute integrations across ATS, HRIS, tracking systems, and Recruitics products
  • Develop implementation plans aligned to technical dependencies and timelines
  • Ensure integrations are properly configured and validated prior to go-live
  • Validate data flows, tracking events, APIs, and feed configurations before launch
  • Establish QA checkpoints to ensure implementation stability
  • Identify and mitigate system conflicts (e.g., attribution overlap, tracking issues)
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for ATS/HRIS integrations (Workday preferred)
  • Configure and validate job feeds (XML, JSON, API-based integrations)
  • Assess client tech stacks and support secure system integrations
  • Partner with Data Engineering to ensure accurate cost ingestion, vendor mapping, and event tracking
  • Validate reporting outputs prior to client delivery
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between vendor platforms and internal analytics
  • Act as the technical liaison across Client Success, Product, Engineering, and Data teams
  • Clarify ownership for testing, QA, and deployment activities
  • Support development of scalable implementation frameworks
  • Identify recurring implementation challenges and recommend process improvements
  • Document integration best practices and support automation opportunities
