The position involves maintaining regular contact with existing customers through implementation and establishing processes to manage customer portfolio activity. The individual will become a product expert with a strong understanding of configurations and data integration, working cross-functionally to solve configuration challenges and proactively resolve issues. The role requires monitoring new client implementations and providing daily problem solving, coordination, and leadership as needed. The individual will drive efforts of technical and operations resources to develop integrated software solutions and support systems for partners and clients, while maintaining ongoing reporting of partner/client status and activities. Collaboration with the Partner Management group is also essential to support partner vetting, sales, marketing, and training activities as needed.
