Requirements

Understanding of engineering terminology
Demonstrate capability to communicate complicated comprehensive information to engineers, service personnel, mechanics, shop personnel, and customers.
Basic Computer Skills: Knowledge of PC and Mainframe Computer Environments
Word Processing and Spreadsheets
Adobe Drafting and other Engineering-Based Software
Graphic Design / Drafting / Machine or Structural Design

Responsibilities

Compose and manipulate technical illustrations for use in service publications.
Conducts research to support efforts in developing comprehensive parts breakdowns.
Interprets engineering drawings, bills of material, vendor furnished technical data, and physical parts in support of materials to be published.
Assists customers and fellow Taylor employees in locating parts and catalog pages via email, phone, or in person.
Other related duties as assigned.
