You will be part of an engineering team working on next generation modules for vehicles. You will be responsible for coordinating technical cross-functional teams throughout the design and development life cycle. The successful candidate work closely with a design team to create schedules, develop new hardware, work with manufacturing partners to build and test prototypes, and report progress to executives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's of Engineering or related field of study
  • 2- 4 years of experience in Electronics and Program management

Nice To Haves

  • Master's of science in engineering
  • Knowledge of hardware program management

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage prototype allocations for the overall project team across hardware, software, etc.
  • Manage logistics of prototype builds (material readiness, BOM reviews, Test Software, etc.).
  • Manage BOM structure, part numbers, ECN’s, and other
  • Work closely with other teams such as Software, Mechanical, Manufacturing teams, and with external component suppliers
  • Create and manage updates of the overall project schedules
  • Generate status reports and present regular updates to senior leadership
  • Drive Core Development Leads meetings, tracking progress and issues
  • Facilitate project communication and issue resolution across executive and cross-functional teams
  • Defect management and tracking, driving for root cause and resolution of manufacturing issues
  • Must be willing to travel occasionally
