About The Position

In this role, you will work closely with design, engineering, product, and leadership teams to deliver high-impact projects while managing resources, timelines, risks, and dependencies. You will also work closely with Design Leads to manage technical feasibility and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, project management skills, excellent interpersonal and resource management skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive projects to completion. They should thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working on technical projects. Objectives of this role · Planning, monitoring and managing technical projects from initiation to completion. · Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. · Collaborating with engineering, product, and stakeholder teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. · Implementing and enforcing Agile methodologies for efficient workflow. · Fostering collaboration, communication, and problem-solving among team members and stakeholders. · Analyzing project demands, resource availability and constraints to develop effective resource allocation plans. · Optimizing resource utilization by identifying and resolving conflicts, bottlenecks or imbalances in resource allocation. · Conducting regular assessments of resource performance, productivity and capacity to identify areas for improvement. · Providing guidance and support to project teams in resource-related matters, including staffing, skill requirements and resource acquisition.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, resource management, project delivery, and/or technical leadership.
  • Proficient knowledge of 3D design software (CREO) and general knowledge of 3d Design Intent Concepts
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience with risk management, technical leadership, and quality assurance.
  • High adaptability with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess resource demands and optimize resource allocation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • A strategic perspective, with the ability to think proactively and implement resource management strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Experience in managing remote or geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define and document project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to identify resource requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Conduct resource capacity planning to assess and manage resource demands based on project priorities and objectives.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Track and report project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Communicate project updates and potential blockers to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Design Leads to follow best practices, standards, and design guidelines.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies for efficient project execution.
  • Track and optimize project timelines and resource utilization.
  • Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
