The purpose of this role is to provide classroom and hands-on aseptic and technical training and coaching. You will work closely with department SME's to ensure trained reflective of the current CT processes. This position is a vital business partner who is patient about training and committed to excellence while ensuring Lonza Houston's employees are properly named prior to performance. This position requires extra oral and written communication skills, across all levels of the organization and ability to authoritatively discuss technical issues with internal and customer experts.
