About The Position

Technical & GMP Training Business Partner - Night Shift Location: This is an on-site position located in Pearland, TX. The purpose of this role the Technical Trainer provides classroom and hands-on aseptic and technical training and coaching. The Technical Trainer works closely with department SMEs to ensure training is reflective of the current processes. The Technical Trainer works closely with the Trainer Department to coordinate and administer training programs and schedules for new hires and current employees. Shift Available: Mon -Thurs 7pm-5am, shift differential included. What you will get: A competitive compensation. Compensation for this role will be determined by the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and relevant knowledge. What you will do: Responsible for leading aseptic manipulation tests. Responsible for management and implementation of the technical training curricula site, including but not limited to; aseptic processing, gowning and hygiene, clean room behavior, basic contamination control, cell culture basics, CGMP/ISO and laboratory safety. Assess trainee competency, provide feedback, which trainees for success. Supports, owns and/or approves training related records such as: deviations, CAPA, change controls, SOPs, training, etc. Supports the creation of Learning and Qualification Modules (LQM), training presentations/aids and support materials with help from other technical SMEs. Support Training Manager to identify technical training needs and expectations, monitor progress, address gaps. Works closely with the training lead/manager to coordinate training programs and schedules for hires and current employees. Assess training programs for continuous improvement, error reduction, and increased operator aseptic and process knowledge and skills. What we are looking for: 3-5 yrs' pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing experience. 1-2 years GMP training experience. Proficient in MS PowerPoint presentations and Excel. Excellent Aseptic Technique and Laboratory skills. Ability to lead cross-functional consultation on training strategy, strong facilitation and delivery skills, and ability to coordinate complex training initiatives. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Requirements

  • 3-5 yrs' pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing experience.
