Snap-on Business Solutions (Rochester Hills, MI), RS&I Division of Snap-on Incorporated The Technical Field Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for the support of Snap-on Heavy Duty Diagnostic products and services. This position will act as the liaison between Snap-on (NEXIQ) and Snap-on’s sales channels as well as the customer (end user). They will be required to supply both product and technical application support to the sales channel and the end user with the purpose of driving new sales and support current customers.
