Carbyne, now part of Axon, has joined forces to advance the future of 911 by modernizing how emergency data flows to call centers. Together, we enable faster, more informed responses by equipping emergency call centers with real-time video, instant chat, precise location tracking, and other critical tools. In this position, you’ll play a critical part in advancing the Axon 911 mission to Save Lives. You will join the Global Operations team to implement, integrate, and deploy real-time emergency service platforms to clients, including 911 Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) organizations. You will also provide input into technical activities such as pre-sales, core architectural and design working sessions, and technical support. You will lead onsite and remote installations of Carbyne’s SaaS products and play an important role in customer site and system architecture, following Carbyne’s best practices and your strong technical experience. You will work in a high-activity/fast-paced environment, handling ambiguity and multiple tasks or projects, collaborating with Customer Success, Technical Support, Product, Marketing, Development, and Engineering teams.
