About The Position

We are currently searching for a Technical Expert Panel Task Lead. The Technical Expert Panel Task Lead will oversee and manage tasks involving advanced statistical analysis, linkage methodologies, and program management. This role requires a strong technical foundation and proven leadership experience, particularly within federal agencies or organizations. This is a full-time onsite position supporting the NIH office in Bethesda, MD.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • A minimum of FIVE (5) years of technical experience in statistics, analytics, or related fields.
  • A minimum of TWO (2) years of experience leading tasks for or within a federal agency or organization.
  • Hold a current professional certification relevant to the role (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, Certified Analytics Professional).
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written English.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with federal data systems and reporting requirements.
  • Advanced degree in statistics, data science, public health, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate technical tasks related to statistics, analytics, and data linkage methodologies.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with federal standards and guidelines.
  • Facilitate collaboration among panel members and subject matter experts.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise reports and presentations in English.
  • Maintain documentation and provide updates to leadership and clients.
