In this role, you will join an established customer portfolio and take ownership of supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining real-world healthcare environments. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure systems remain stable, secure, and high performing, while continuously improving how we support our solutions. Responsibilities
- Support customer environments by troubleshooting complex technical issues related to enterprise imaging systems
- Investigate system behavior through log analysis, performance review, and root-cause identification
- Collaborate with internal engineering, security, and project teams to coordinate fixes, improvements, and system optimizations
- Support customer implementations and upgrades by assisting with system configuration and integration activities
- Work directly with hospital IT teams and clinical users to understand workflows, technical requirements, and operational constraints
- Build long-term relationships with customers and serve as a trusted technical contact for your assigned portfolio
- Participate in an after-hours support rotation once fully onboarded
