JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the Finishing process, ensuring high-quality finishes, and meeting customer specifications. Work closely with the production and quality control teams to ensure the successful execution of the painting and finishing processes from start to finish. Implements process improvements to meet quality standards, perform feasibility studies, maintain supplier relationships, and solves problems.
