This role is responsible for designing, building, and delivering a world-class technical onboarding program that equips new hires with the foundational knowledge and hands-on skills they need to become proficient and productive quickly. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between HR processes and technical training, helping new hires quickly become productive team members.
