About The Position

Ideal candidate would feel comfortable and be equipped to answer listener questions via email and phone. Scope of Work Contracted position: 20+ hours/weekResponsibilities Responsibilities Create the template and scripts each week for Summit Life radio and Summit Life podcast. Manage the delivery and posting of radio broadcasts and podcasts weekly via FTP and jdgreear.com Assist in MailChimp with the daily devotional delivery, the weekly newsletter, and other tasks as assigned by the marketing director. Organize and edit the monthly radio promotions, station email, and radio-related social media quotes. Execute sending to stations via mailchimp and managing station contacts in MailChimp. Assist donors and customers through responsive email communication, shared phone support as needed on a small team, personalized written correspondence, and consistent follow-up across multiple channels.
