Your ability to translate real-world needs into technical specifications makes you an integral part of delivering a customer-focused engineering solution. As a Technical Documentation System Engineer on our team, you’ll collaborate with product and program office technical engineers to adapt governmental hardware requirements into commercial IT hardware modifications for tactical systems. You will have the opportunity to work with other engineers to help define and identify commercial ruggedized solutions to tactical issues and conduct commerciality assessments to ensure the viability of selected solutions. Additionally, you will be integral in supporting hardware systems engineering and technical coordination for commercial IT product technical insertions (TIs). Your journey will include cross-functional responsibilities, as well as learning the Independent Government Evaluation (IGE) process, technology evaluation, and TI processes.
