Technical Director
About The Position
The Technical Director serves as the Defense Systems division’s senior leader for Digital Systems Architecture across Defense Electronics and Space portfolios, including Electronic Warfare, Radar, and Communications systems. This role defines and executes the RF to digital engineering strategy, ensuring systems architectures are optimally designed by coordinating customer requirements and aligning/influencing their technology road maps. The Technical Director provides both direct leadership of technical teams and functional oversight across the broader engineering organization. This position is a key contributor to technology strategy, customer engagement, and business growth, serving as a senior technical voice with customers, partners, and internal executive leadership.
