About The Position

Partner with the ministry teams and p roduction team at the c ampus in ensuring the highest level of technical support for m inistry impact . This role will oversee the technical execution of services and overall technical infrastructure as the point leader of campus production staff.

Intermediate MAC and PC proficiency
Two years of experience in production preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Planning Center Online programs
Basic understanding of lighting and audio consoles
Familiarity with pre-visualization , waves, SMAART software

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with computer software like ProPresenter is preferred

Responsibilities

Maintain an authentic and growing walk with Jesus Christ through the ongoing spiritual disciplines of Bible reading, prayer, personal worship, fasting, confession and fellowship
Lead the production team at the campus in what excellence looks like in creating a worship environment under the values we have set in a udio, l ighting and v ideo
Leading and m anaging the Central Lighting Director in supporting the campus p roduction needs
Building and l eading serve staff teams to support the production needs in worship gatherings and weekly rhythms of the campus
Manage the functionality and upgrading of all technical systems ( a udio, l ighting, v ideo) for regular weekend services and special events at the campus for the w orship c enter and all other rooms at the campus
Manage weekly maintenance of all a udio , l ighting and v ideo at the campus w orship c enter, including updating hardware, software and firmware
Troubleshoot any technical problems prior to service time
Serve as needed in the execution role of a udio, l ighting or p roducer in worship services
Manage all equipment rentals and tech riders for all big momentum events (Easter, Saturated, Christmas Eve and one-off e vents) and weekend services
Assist L ighting Director with install/creation timeline of stage designs, lighting design and stage plots
Have a high-level k nowledge of all processes and routing of a udio, li ghting a nd v ideo in all rooms throughout the campus
Manage worship gatherings, volunteer teams
Strong ability to project manage new installs and build-outs at the campus
Build relationships with other weekly ministry department individuals ( s tudents and k ids etc.) at the campus to ensure production support
Other duties as assigned
