The ACU Theatre Technical Director will be responsible for, but not limited to, assisting in building sets, operation and configuration of lighting and sound equipment, design construction and rendering, managing students for various projects and/or productions, and assist with the instruction in various courses pertaining to the technical needs of the theatre department. The Technical Director will oversee the shop and all components contained therein, such as, props, equipment, tools, and sound equipment. The Technical Director will report directly to the resident designer and Department Chair. The department of Theatre has been intentional about supporting the mission of ACU.
