In this role, you will focus on providing hands-on technical leadership, driving key strategic decisions, roadmaps, and architectural developments for mixed-signal designs across global teams. You will collaborate with IC designers and system engineers to develop high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits for next-generation products. Additionally, you will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and developing top engineering talent, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving collaboration with support teams (CAD, technology, and digital) to enhance productivity across the organization.
