The Technical Director of Technology is a proactive, self-starting leader who has a proven track record of leading engineering teams to achieve outstanding results. You‘re a natural leader who still loves to keep your hands in technology and architecture. The Sr. Director thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces technology to solve business problems in a high-volume, high-scalability environment. This role will be a people manager so hiring, mentoring, and getting the very best out of bright engineers is critical. The ideal candidate will devise clear roadmaps to fruition and is comfortable thinking strategically and diving deep. Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT management.
• Expertise knowledge and experience with Epic.
• Clear and concise communication across all levels and technical depths.
• Champion for modern engineering practices such as agile development, CI/CD, and DevOps.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and change management skills.
• Experience in building top talent and high-performance teams.

Nice To Haves

• Understanding of Architectural Design Patterns and Domain Driven Design.
• Strong software engineering and software architecture skills.
• Expert in problem identification and triaging of complex multi-tier systems.
• Experience starting and growing teams or organizations under direct leadership.
