This 12-month contract position, starting in July 2025, offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in beverage technology development within a global leader in beverage alcohol. You will be immersed in our culture, values, and the innovative work we do with our renowned brands, including Johnnie Walker, Guinness, and Ciroc. As a TDT contractor, you will be entrusted with real responsibilities and challenges that directly impact our business operations. Throughout your contract, you will have multiple opportunities to engage with senior management, participate in informative and cultural events, and receive individual coaching and training from your immediate manager and cross-functional mentor. Your role will involve leading projects related to liquid processing, fermentation, and distillation optimization, ranging from laboratory scale to pilot or manufacturing scale. You will be responsible for conducting laboratory batching, formulation, and scale-up trials to support the liquid team during the commercialization process. Additionally, you will oversee the production of trial cooks, fermentations, and distillations in our Commercialization Lab, ensuring that products are delivered on time and meet our high-quality standards. You will also generate new liquid and raw material specifications, inputting data into SAP, and operate sophisticated analytical chemistry equipment such as HPLC and Gas Chromatography to develop new laboratory testing methods.
