As a Technical Designer you will be responsible for; • Supports proposal and presentation efforts through CAD models and illustrations • Supports hardware procurement, up to and including interfacing with machine shops • Assists program development efforts as needed by generating Bill of Materials for assemblies, soliciting quotes from suppliers as needed, tracking delivery dates and ontime status, working to resolve issues, providing updates to Program Managers • Assists Development and Test Engineers in conducting lab and field tests, set-up/tear down of sensors and cameras, and assembly test articles and fixtures • Additional tasks may include supporting prototyping, hardware assembly, development, testing, and product qualification
