This position does require 3 days in office and 2 days that can be completed remotely from home. The hiring base annual salary range for this position is $95,000 - $105,000. Who We Are Looking For: The Technical Designer is responsible for executing style development from prototype fit through production, ensuring garments meet design intent, fit standards, and customer expectations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product quality and consistency across all stages of development by partnering closely with Design, Pattern Making, and external vendors. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple styles and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining quality and consistency throughout the development process.
