About The Position

Do you love bringing ideas to life at the intersection of art and technology? We’re looking for Technical Designers to join our fast-growing casino gaming team in both Las Vegas and Southern California. This role is all about bridging the gap between creativity and development—taking bold game concepts and making them production-ready experiences that players love.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Game Art & Design, or Game Development.
• 4+ years of experience in Gaming, Design, Marketing, Advertising, Publishing, or Animation.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and game-ready asset production.
• HTML / CSS knowledge; coding or scripting a plus.

• Coding or scripting experience will make you stand out!

Responsibilities

• Creating polished game mockups that showcase new features and experiences.
• Designing particles, animations, and VFX that bring gameplay to life.
• Building optimized 3D models and textures ready for production.
• Assisting creatives with drawing and refining game elements.
• Transforming early concepts into game-ready assets that run smoothly.
• Partnering with developers to ensure designs are functional, optimized, and achievable in the engine.
