About The Position

You will lead the Technical Implementations organization responsible for delivering Configure Digital products and services to new and existing clients. You will manage Technical Leads and Implementation Engineers, serve as the senior technical escalation point, and partner with Product, Development, and Client Services to drive delivery excellence. Your work ensures successful digital banking implementations, migrations, and integrations that meet client requirements and security standards.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience managing and developing teams in a technical environment such as product development, implementations, or professional services.
  • 8+ years of experience in technical implementation, system engineering, or technical project management delivering enterprise software, platform migrations, or integrations.
  • 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Microsoft-based application stacks (IIS, .NET, SQL Server) or similar enterprise technologies for configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • 4+ years of experience leading technical escalations and resolving complex production system issues.
  • 3+ years of experience applying project lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall and Agile) to plan and deliver client implementations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with digital banking platforms and platform migrations, preferably within Fiserv ecosystems.
  • Background in client-facing implementations involving enterprise-scale hosting, integrations, or migrations.
  • Familiarity with web services (XML/XSD/SOAP), secure system design principles, and automation or DevOps tooling.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Technical Leads and Implementation Engineers to deliver client implementations and migrations.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to define hiring needs, interview candidates, and build a high-performing technical team.
  • Drive performance management, goal setting, coaching, and professional development for direct reports.
  • Serve as the senior technical escalation point for Configure Digital implementations, guiding architecture, environment configuration, integration points, and deployment approaches.
  • Oversee execution of complex digital banking migrations, including legacy online banking transitions to Configure Digital, and manage project forecasting and technical resourcing.
  • Establish, refine, and enforce implementation frameworks, technical standards, repeatable processes, and security-aligned engineering practices.
  • Collaborate with Development, Product, Operations, and Client Services to ensure smooth delivery, communicate status and risks, and drive root-cause analysis for systemic issues.
