Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Technical Management, IT Architecture, Customer Relationship Management, Project Management and/or Delivery Management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Passion and curiosity for learning new technologies and skills.
  • Knowledge of technology trends and ability to use them to build a business strategy.
  • Experience with either Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
  • Technical knowledge deploying and managing cloud/data technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, Synapse, Fivetran, Qlik, Matillion, DBT, StreamSets, Airflow, NiFi, Cloudera, EMR, Databricks.
  • Experience scoping activities on large scale, complex technology infrastructure projects.
  • Experience owning Incident and Escalation processes.
  • Previous experience working directly with global customers and business partners.
  • Confidence, excellent communication skills, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Experience coordinating with technical teams managing IT infrastructure services or Modern Data Platforms.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Professional track record of creating, challenging, and improving processes and procedures.
  • Highly organized.

  • Problem-solver.
  • Flexibility in working across timezones as needed.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed for client visits, team workshops, and strategic planning sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively lead and motivate client technical teams providing technical leadership for the design, implementation, and ongoing operational support of modern data platforms.
  • Maintain knowledge of current modern data technology to guide and mentor team members and articulate best practices to customers.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to build Epics, Stories, and Tasks to improve customer data platforms.
  • Provide Delivery Leadership for multiple customer accounts, ensuring quality client services and timely delivery.
  • Develop strong relationships with sponsors and stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and exploring new opportunities.
  • Ensure the team is trained and prepared to deliver, with accurate process documentation and proper communication.
  • Maintain proper staffing levels and balance delivery between US and India team members.
  • Actively involved in major incident response to ensure proper communication and staffing.
  • Deliver feedback and make improvements to overall service through process improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Be an ambassador of company core values and drive initiatives to improve accountability and responsibility within delivery teams.
