The Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for successful delivery of quality products that meet customer requirements within the project budget and timeline. The project manager must be able to understand the business drivers and requirements of initiatives, build relationships with stakeholders, form productive teams, develop plans, and manage all aspects of large-scale project execution. The project manager will utilize expertise and leadership skills to direct staff and to resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met. Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges. Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers. Employs Agile development practices. Anticipates internal and/or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues; recommends process, product or service improvements.
