Technical Delivery Manager

About the position

The Technical Delivery Manager, Cloud and Datacenter Services, is responsible for leading the successful delivery and ongoing management of cloud and datacenter initiatives. This role oversees the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of infrastructure systems that align with organizational goals and strategic priorities. The ideal candidate will provide strong technical leadership, proactively manage risks and issues, and play a key role in driving innovation, scalability, and operational excellence across the infrastructure landscape.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Cloud & Datacenter Services projects to ensure timely delivery, quality, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Provide technical guidance across cloud, datacenter, and digital workspace services to ensure architectural alignment.
• Communicate technical information effectively between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Enforce policies to maintain service quality, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans with stakeholders.
• Recommend IT strategies based on performance analysis and evolving business needs.
• Manage service provider commitments to support infrastructure objectives.
• Stay current with emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of IT infrastructure experience with a proven track record in managing complex projects.
• Strong initiative in learning new technical domains and tools.
• Knowledge of infrastructure technologies including data center, networking, cloud, SaaS, and end-user systems.
• Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PMP) and tools.
• Skilled in reporting technical delivery status and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, research, and time management abilities.
• Able to perform under pressure without compromising service quality or security.
