About The Position

As the Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution and successful rollout of our Analytics Studio app in the Audit Domain. Your goal is to ensure the development team—comprising full-stack, data, and cloud engineers—is hitting milestones, removing blockers, and delivering a high-quality product that meets business requirements. You will be the primary bridge between technical execution and stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years in IT project delivery or management in the Accounting Domain. Experience in Data/Analytics or Custom Software Development. Candidate should have Accounting/Audit domain knowledge.
• Agile Expertise: Mastery of Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Cloud Literacy: Strong understanding of the Azure ecosystem and how modern cloud-native applications are built.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts (like data consumption from Databricks) into clear business value for stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: A track record of unblocking technical teams and managing complex dependencies in data-heavy environments.

Responsibilities

• Project Orchestration: Lead the agile delivery lifecycle (Scrum or Kanban) for the Analytics Studio, managing backlogs, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the point of contact for business leaders to communicate progress, manage scope changes, and align the product roadmap with user needs.
• Technical Oversight: While not hands-on coding, you must understand the interplay between Azure, Databricks, and the Frontend (Angular/React) to identify dependencies and risks.
• Resource Management: Manage a multi-disciplinary team of .NET developers, Python/Data engineers, and BI specialists, ensuring optimal velocity and team health.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify technical or logistical bottlenecks in the data pipeline (from Databricks to the .NET API) and develop mitigation strategies.
• Release Management: Coordinate the deployment of the app across environments, ensuring stable integration between the web app and the Power BI embedded components.
