Channable is expanding its reach in the United States and is hiring to support the demand in the market. As our third Technical Customer Support employee based in NYC, you will play an important role in our expansion. Customer Support is one of Channable's unique selling points, and you'll contribute to making it even better for our US customers. Being the central point of knowledge for our colleagues and customers makes you a crucial member of our team of nine, presenting an excellent opportunity! Your job at Channable is to provide exceptional technical support to our customers, helping them optimize and streamline their product data across over 2500 channels by utilizing our easy-to-use, intuitive platform backed by best-in-class support. This role is ideal for an individual looking to bring agency or eCommerce experience into a SaaS business in growth mode. As a technical support specialist, you will be on the front line of Channable's US business, working closely with existing and potential customers to drive growth and efficiency across their eCommerce businesses, including platforms like Google, Amazon, and eBay. In this position, you will need to quickly grasp and learn new technologies and processes, becoming an expert in Channable's technology. You will troubleshoot problems and come up with solutions quickly, documenting your actions to share with the rest of the team for key learnings. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will be speaking with agencies and retailers on a daily basis, and it is not an email-only role. You will also participate in a thorough training and onboarding process, which includes three weeks of training at our Utrecht office in the Netherlands, where you will familiarize yourself with the tool and your coworkers.
