About The Position

The Technical Customer Success Manager (CSM) at ReadMe is responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring successful implementation and optimization of the ReadMe platform for enterprise clients. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills to guide customers through their onboarding process and ongoing use of the product. The CSM will collaborate with various internal teams to advocate for customer needs and drive improvements in both customer experience and product functionality.
