  • Hunting and/or shooting experience preferred.
  • Technical and mechanical understanding of firearm functions is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction, ensuring customers feel heard, respected, and supported.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer phone calls, emails, and future chat inquiries.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive, calm, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Provide repair updates and clear explanations regarding service processes.
  • Offer maintenance guidance and product education to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Recommend products or services tailored to meet individual customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow through on open issues to ensure full resolution.
  • Continuously learn and stay current on Browning and Winchester products.
  • Adapt to new systems and technologies as needed.
  • Represent the company at consumer and dealer events when required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service support.
