As a global leader in infrared sauna therapy, we are expanding our Leawood, KS based team and need a tech-savvy, customer-focused, and efficient Technical Customer Care Representative to keep Sunlighten on this incredible trajectory. Sunlighten is on the lookout for a few Technical Customer Care Representatives who are eager to join a successful and growing Customer Care team. In this role, you will answer and respond to phone calls from Sunlighten customers regarding any questions about their sauna, diagnose issues, and find solutions. You will communicate with customers by phone, email, and online chat concerning orders and product returns. You will also walk customers through the installation and assembly of their sauna and sauna product components. After becoming an expert on Sunlighten saunas, you will use your in-depth knowledge to provide effective customer service to all customers! Celebrating 25 years of innovation, Sunlighten has grown from its Kansas City roots to establish a global footprint, including expansion into the UK. With the global wellness market projected to reach $7 trillion in 2026, we are proud to be part of this dynamic shift toward holistic health.
