What You'll do: Work closely with clients and implementation teams to evaluate business requirements then quickly translate that information into technical solutions (approximately 75% of time will be building technical applications and 25% working on business strategy) Build software applications for client projects Participate in requirements gathering and user story creation Provide solution demonstrations to clients throughout the project implementation Work with your project team to implement, test, and document functionality of applications Work with clients to identify and remediate issues and technical risks early Who We Are Looking For: Groundswell is seeking technical consultants interested in using technology to solve challenging business problems. This is an on-site position based out of our Mclean, VA Headquarters.

Requirements

  • 0 - 2 years of related experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or a related area
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem solving skills, analytical thinking, and a passion for technology
  • Experience with database development (through classwork or professional work)
  • You are dedicated to learning new skills, professional growth and delivering strong results to clients
