About The Position

Apogee h as an opportunity for a Techn ical Consultant specializing in Fi nance Su pport to provide contractor site reachback for the M-Code Aviation Receivers Joint Program Office (MAR JPO) . This position provides financial management expertise for studies and analysis tasks, manpower analysis, and acquisition support. This is a full-time remote position with occasional travel to government sites.

Requirements

• Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
• Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a TS/SCI level clearance
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin istration, or related field
• Years of Experience: 7 years of DoD financial management experience
• Knowledge of DoD financial management systems and processes
• Experience with cost estimating and financial analysis
• Understanding of Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling tools
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Nice To Haves

• Education: Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Years of Experience: 5 years of DoD financial management experience

Responsibilities

• Financial Management Support: Provide financial management expertise for acquisition planning Develop cost estimates for programs and acquisition strategies Support budget analysis and financial planning Assist in Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development
• Manpower Analysis: Conduct manpower analysis and cost modeling Develop financial estimates for manpower requirements Support resource allocation analysis Prepare cost comparisons and trade-off analyses
• Studies & Analysis: Execute financial and cost-related S&A tasks Conduct cost-benefit analyses Support business case development Prepare financial reports and documentation
• Acquisition Support: Support acquisition planning with cost analysis Maintain financial data and tracking systems Assist in cost estimate development for contracts Review financial aspects of proposals and modifications
