The Technical Consultant II role is primarily responsible for overseeing the design, delivery, and execution of Alkami's software products. This position is integral to a team that implements complex enterprise banking software solutions in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial software, particularly with the Fiserv Premier banking core and Communicator Open APIs, and will work within a .NET environment with a SQL backend. Each project will require integration with third-party vendors, including proprietary credit union and bank host systems. In this role, relationship building is crucial, as the individual will focus on establishing strong professional connections with clients. The Technical Consultant will provide technical leadership and project coordination, ensuring that technical challenges are addressed collaboratively with both internal and client-facing technical resources. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and ownership, driving technical challenges to completion while keeping abreast of technological advancements to enhance efficiency and productivity. The position allows for remote work, with the option to be based in Plano, TX, or anywhere in the US.
