ManageEngine, the enterprise IT management division of Zoho Corp., is recruiting 20 recent-graduates for the 6-month training program at our McAllen office (601 North Main Street, McAllen, TX 78501). The start date is July 7, 2025. This role is specifically for our Enterprise IT Management product suite under the ManageEngine brand. ManageEngine with 90+ products and free tools covers everything your IT needs, at prices you can afford. From network and device management to IT security and service desk software, we're bringing IT together for an integrated, overarching approach to optimize your IT.

  • Be an evangelist for IT solutions across IT operations, security, help desk, endpoint, networks, and cloud infrastructure
  • Talk to customers (IT Managers, IT Administrators, Engineers) and partners to understand requirements, and recommend the right ManageEngine product in tandem with Account Managers
  • Analyze client needs and recommend technical solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations to customers and solve technical queries
  • Excellent business-level English language skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills to work with multiple ManageEngine product teams
  • Strong technical knowledge with experience in the IT industry
  • Pay will be $20,000 paid over the course of the 6 months in the form of salary paychecks twice monthly
  • Eligible for health insurance starting on your first day
  • Those who successfully complete the six-month training program will be hired as full-time, permanent employees
  • Starting pay will be $50,000 and all full-time, permanent employees are eligible for all employee benefits
