  • Gather, define, and manage global business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the solutioning and optimization of business processes to improve efficiency and meet organizational goals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood, solutions are developed, and implementations are successful.
  • Lead projects, with a focus on SDWAN and other network products, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Document requirements, maintain clarity of deliverables, and manage all related project activities.
  • Coordinate resources, track project progress, and proactively resolve issues to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership, providing recommendations for resolution.
  • Foster a collaborative environment and facilitate effective communication among project teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in global or cross-functional environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, define, and document complex business requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize business processes and implement effective solutions.
  • Experience managing projects related to SDWAN or similar network infrastructure is highly desirable.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate resources and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, JIRA).
  • Ability to identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely project completion.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
  • Experience working with Orion/Amdocs or Commercial Business platforms.
  • Familiarity with telecom products and offering like SDWAN technologies.
  • Experience in global project environments and multicultural teams.
