About The Position
The Delta Air Lines Digital team is seeking a dynamic Technical Consultant, Digital Tools to enhance our digital tools and marketing technology ecosystem. This role focuses on website experimentation development and delivering optimized digital experiences for Delta.com, translating UI/UX designs into code deliverables that enhance customer experiences. This role will also support new software integrations and maintenance through tag management, and web analytics tagging. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing innovative digital experiences that drive positive customer sentiment across delta.com, while adhering to the latest programming principles related to website performance and security. You will collaborate with team members across Digital, Product, Loyalty, Marketing, IT, and Customer Experience teams to understand business priorities and present scalable solutions for customers. A successful candidate thrives in a work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills, independent self-direction, and team collaboration.
