Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of this position will be to provide technical support on Komatsu, Bomag, Terramac, JLG and Superior brooms. The key focus will be to provide technical support to increase total effective rate and to minimize rework. Key Job Responsibilities: Provide technical support to service and product support personnel Monitor work order troubleshooting hours and assist when needed This may require traveling to jobsite Monitor and improve mean time to repair Assist in high value repairs to minimize rework Develop relationships with factory reps and their support staff Work with other T/C’s and Corporate trainer to determine key areas of focus to improve the service team
