The Technical Communications Specialist supports bank-wide learning, communication, and change initiatives through clear, accurate, and well-structured documentation. This role collaborates closely with the Director of Learning & Resource Management and cross-functional teams to translate complex information into user-friendly content while promoting TexasBank’s culture and values. Primary responsibilities include creating procedures, quick reference guides (QRGs), how-to documents, enterprise communications, intranet content, LMS support materials, and compliance messaging. This individual ensures that employees can easily access and understand critical information, supporting adoption of systems, regulatory requirements, and training initiatives. The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates strong attention to detail and cultural alignment.
