The Technical Communications Specialist provides technical support for assistance to distributors, applicators, contractors, chemists, engineers, sales, technical service department subordinates, and customer service. This role involves front line phone coverage for Technical Services, leveraging SAP systems to complete notifications as a product specialist, and managing the general department mailbox. The specialist will handle application questions from the sales force, support the proper application of Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing products, and write Technical Bulletins as needed. Additionally, the role includes assisting in preparing adhesion/compatibility test reports, attending regular meetings, and participating in teams or projects as requested.
