Collaborate with our partner-managed cloud providers to ensure seamless connectivity across all aspects of the SCE SAP environment, key non-SAP environments, and BTP.   • Manages activities of one or more large, mid to long-term projects with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods and outcomes.
  • Develops business plans, objectives and initiatives for the organization.
  • Provides inputs to organizational objectives and policies and ensures delivery of results.
  • Engages regularly with senior management as a key consultant on critical business issues.
  • Directs complex Agile release train planning, synchronization, and delivery across products and portfolios.
  • Oversees data and platform migrations between legacy and next-gen systems with minimal business disruption.
  • Facilitates the design and integration of robust continuous improvement/development (CI/CD) pipelines for enterprise-scale test automation and rapid release cycles.
  • Leads large-scale Agile teams through full software development lifecycles from inception to deprecation.
  • Ensures the protection of all physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accesses and manages private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data.
  • Ten or more years of experience in IT project management.
  • Experience managing activities of one or more large, mid to long-term projects with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods and outcomes.
  • Experience with IT Program Management or large enterprise projects.
  • Proficiency as the technical owner in managing and implementing cloud services and applications, particularly RISE with SAP.
  • Extensive experience in IT project management, including quality assurance, metrics control, and managing project timelines.
  • Strong ability to engage and manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders with multiple vendors and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
  • Understanding of utility industry processes and regulations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
