About The Position

What if you got to announce the moments that define a new era of intelligence? When Christopher broke Enigma, when Deep Blue beat Kasparov, when AlphaGo beat Lee Sedol—these weren't promotional moments. They were the world discovering what our machines could do, in large part because someone figured out how to show these stories. We're building Arcada, the world stage for AI. We create arenas: real products, scaled to millions of users, that measure what models can actually do in the real world. The future is already here, just unevenly distributed. Behind closed doors, we see what the models can do six months before the world does. We are among the first to know what the significance of their availability will be. The work is incredibly chaotic. We're always juggling 100 balls at once. We need someone to catch the balls before they fall... and join in on the juggling. Why this role? Arcada moves fast. New models drop every week. New arenas every month. Partnerships, launches, legal agreements, hiring, finances, logistics - everything happens all at once. We need someone who loves organizing chaos and builds durable order. You’ll work directly with the founders to make sure nothing slips through the cracks and that the team can stay focused on building. Think of this role as the execution engine of the company. Why Arcada matters The next few years will determine which AI models the world trusts, deploys, and builds on. Someone has to set the standard for what “capable" means in practice, not in theory. Early access to tomorrow’s models is a responsibility and a privilege. Our benchmarks and narratives steer understanding and investment. What gets measured gets built—so we’re building and scaling arenas across every skill that matters. Two arenas launched, dozens more to go. Ours is the infrastructure for understanding machine intelligence. If you want to be at the center of that, and you want to make sure the world sees it clearly, apply below.

Requirements

  • You've taken at least two computer science classes before.

  • You like taking chaos and making it structured.
  • You don’t wait for permission when something needs to get done.
  • You notice things slipping before anyone else does, and you know how to patch them quickly.
  • You’re comfortable working with engineers, lawyers, investors, and candidates in the same day.

  • Run the hiring pipeline and help publish roles
