We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Technical Call Center Specialist - Digital & Cloud who will be responsible for recording, administering and managing incoming customer issues, queries and complaints pertaining to our digital and cloud solutions .In this role, you will play a key part in providing a high-class level of service, striving for customer satisfaction at all times through professional expertise. This role reports directly to the Call Center Team Lead and works on-site at our Jersey City offices.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a call center environment or in a customer service support role
  • High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Extensive knowledge for troubleshooting routers, switches, LAN and WiFi network configurations, apps and technical devices
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Passion for fitness/wellness
  • Ability to adhere to a fully on-site working schedule

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce & ServiceMax would be a plus

Responsibilities

  • Record and manage incoming customer requests acting as first-line agents, provide technical evaluation of error messages and guide customers through proper troubleshooting
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction through professional technical assistance standards in terms of politeness, quality, and speed of responses
  • Interact with internal and external service teams to ensure timely and cost-effective resolution of technical challenges
  • Promptly escalate unknown or complex issues to HQ support team and cooperate to find the best solution
  • Coordinate and provide guidance for configuration of training formats and classes, making sure customers are informed about technical specifications and network requirements
  • Maintain data accuracy within the working systems and collect all relevant information about issues/products
  • Always act in a professional and customer oriented way, maintaining self-control and a positive attitude in stressful situations
