The Air Line Pilots Association, International (ALPA), the largest airline pilot union in the world and the largest non-governmental aviation safety organization in the world (representing over 79,000 pilots at 42 U.S. and Canadian airlines) seeks an experienced Technical Business Systems Analyst for our McLean, Virginia, office. The Technical Business Systems Analyst supports the Association in deciding how best to use existing technology and/or integrate new tech into existing systems. As such, they play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness, functionality, and quality of Association software. Main areas of responsibility include requirements analysis, Quality Assurance (QA), continuous process improvement, ensuring clear communications between business stakeholders and development teams, and UX assessment. The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of business analysis and quality assurance expertise, combined with a deep understanding of software development processes.
