About The Position

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders both inside and outside the organization to ensure delivery of meaningful results from strategic initiatives
• Build strategic relationships with partners to stimulate and shape demand
• Establish value management as a strategic organizational capability
• Build Project Management Capabilities that align with organizational culture and ways of working
• Ensure that the business's products, services, and resources are tailored to meet the specific needs and expectations of partners and customers
• Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills and build and maintain strong relationships with partners at all levels of the organization
• Lead by example and model desired behaviors, such as transparency, accountability, and a focus on continuous improvement

• Collaborate as a Commercial Operations and PM team member to actively mature in both discipline
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with current standards, architecture, and successful project execution
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Prepare Risk Management Plans
• Utilize Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
